FAQ — Mai Tai Massage

MAI -TAI -TIME

Choose your massage type by clicking on the “ photo image” which shall take you to the Appointment Scheduler or alternatively simply click on the Book Appointment button.
The appointment page shall provide you with pricing relating to the type & time of the massages available.
Click on “Book” here you shall be presented with a Calendar ( click to choose date and time ) next click continue.
Personal details inc Name / Ph / Email ( this info is required to fwd your appointment confirmation via email / txt)
Input Location of your Hotel / Resort include Room reservation details Name Rm Booked & Rm # this information assists in providing a seamless flow for both you and our staff.
Appointment Hold - Here you shall be asked to input your a Credit / Debit card ( no payment amount will be charged to your card - this is simply used to Hold your appointment )
upon competition of your massage you shall have the choice to have any services charged to the card or pay via Zelle or Cash.

Confirmation

Next a fully detailed confirmation of your Appointment shall be emailed to you with the links to add to your digital calendars iCal / Outlook / Google
Confirmation shall also include booked time , date & length of appointment .
Reminder Txt shall be sent to your cell closer to the actual appointment time.

Changes or Cancellation Options

We are aware things can come up and for that reason we provide the option to reschedule or cancel your appointment with no charge when providing a
Min 6 hrs Notice - So as to provide our staff plenty of notice of any change we request that you provide notice of at least 6 hrs prior to booking time.
Fees for late Appointment change or cancelation is billed at 25% of booked service fee. This will be charged to your Credit / Debit card.

Your Therapist shall send you a txt within 30 mins prior to your booked time to confirm you are at your Room.

Therapist shall arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled booking upon arriving shall txt you so as to gain access.
Therapist shall bring her own Massage Table and associated items for your treatment.
Upon completion of your treatment our therapist shall request full payment via our app at which time you are able to choose to use the card you
submitted upon booking or pay via Zelle or Cash.
Tips maybe paid directly to your therapist by including to the card payment or via Zelle or Cash.
